Shipping & Handling

All art prints are carefully printed & packaged with love and care here in our studio in Boston, MA. Each art print is placed in a cellophane bag, along with corrugated cardboard, and is then inserted into a photo mailer, and marked with a "DO NOT BEND" sticker. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed

All orders are shipped with the USPS unless otherwise indicated.

FREE U.S shipping on orders of $50 or more!

  • Free shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.
  • Eligible customers must select the "FREE SHIPPING" during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
  • Free shipping is only applicable to a single U.S. address in one of the 50 states.

Domestic (U.S) Shipping:

USPS First Class Package

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number. Domestic First Class packages are delivered 1-4 business days after processing. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

USPS Priority Mail

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number and insurance (up to $50). 
Priority mail arrives on an average of 1-3  business days after processing depending on your location in the United States. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

USPS Priority Mail Express

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number and insurance (up to $100). Priority mail express arrives on an average of 1-2 business days after processing depending on your location in the United States. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

Delivery confirmation (tracking) is included for free on all domestic (U.S) shipments when USPS First Class PackageUSPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express is selected at check-out.  

If you are having problems tracking your package please contact us directly. Orders that are suspected "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced after the USPS has conducted an investigation. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

All Elle Paper prints are available for international delivery!

USPS First Class Package International

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number. Domestic First Class packages are delivered 7-21 business days after processing. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

USPS Priority Mail International 

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number. Domestic First Class packages are delivered 6-10 business days after processing. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

USPS Priority Mail Express International 

Selecting this option at check-out means that your package will come with a USPS tracking number. Domestic First Class packages are delivered 3-5 business days after processing. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed, and is out of the control of Elle Paper.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Delivery time varies by location. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees determined by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Elle Paper has no control over these charges, nor can Elle Paper predict what they may be. Shipments will not be marked as "gifts", in accordance with law, and purchase value is indicated on label. 

Elle Paper is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

**Elle Paper is not responsible for any delays with the carrier (USPS) once it has left our studio, as it is out of our control. If, your package and its contents have been damaged during transit, please file a claim with USPS. 

Elle Paper is not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending a package. For example, if for some reason a package is marked "Return to Sender", the buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back, before we can re-send the package to you again, at buyers expense.
